For Indian marketplace sellers
Every order. Every portal.
Every rupee — accounted for.
Match every order against what Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and Nykaa actually settled — and prepare GSTR-1 from the same data.
Reconciliation workbook
Sheet by sheet
One running <Portal>_Payment_Reco.xlsx
per client and portal, updated month on month rather than rebuilt. Sheets marked for a single
portal exist because only that marketplace supplies the underlying data.
| Sheet | Portals | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Order wise working | All portals | One row per order: invoice and return value, realisation, commission, logistics, royalty, TDS / TCS, ratio and an analytical remark. This is the sheet every other sheet is computed from, and the only one read back on the next month’s run. |
| Overview | All portals | Totals, the reconciliation waterfall, realisation split against the median ratio, average charges and data quality. For Myntra it also carries the Order Summary cards and the Business Insights callouts. |
| Monthly Trend | All portals | The Monthly P&L: gross sales, returns, net sales, every charge line, cash settlement, TDS / TCS, realisation and pending value — month by month, with a MoM column and plain-language remarks. Myntra adds a GST Summary section. |
| Returns | All portals | Return rate by order count and by value, and the per-category charge breakdown for returned orders only. |
| SKU Summary_settled order | All portals | Per-SKU quantity, value, returns and realisation across everything except orders still awaiting payment. |
| SKU wise pending orders | All portals | The same cut for orders that have not settled yet, so pending stock is visible by SKU. |
| Charts | Myntra | A dashboard: KPI cards, sales vs returns, realisation, charge mix, an order status donut and the top ten states and SKUs. |
| Return Analysis | Myntra | Return percentage by state and by pincode, worst first, with a minimum order floor printed on the sheet so one-order pincodes cannot sit at 100%. |
| Top 3 State P&L | Myntra | The Monthly P&L lines in rupees lakh for the three largest states side by side, against an All States benchmark. |
| Non Order Settlement | Myntra | A flat per-transaction listing of account-level credits and debits that carry no order id, with a semi-manual Category column. |
| NOD Summary | Myntra | A month by settlement-type pivot of the listing above, with both grand totals. |
| Order Report Vs GST Report | Myntra | The bridge from the Order Report’s own seller price to our sales number, explaining cancellation, orders packed in the next month and part cancellations. |
| Date wise Payment Summary | Myntra | Day-level prepaid, postpaid and non-order settlement, for matching against the bank statement. |
| non order summary | Amazon | Account-level charges grouped by description, with a live grand total per row across every month. |
| sale return / payment | All portals | Rows that arrived before their sale did — a return or settlement for a month not yet loaded. They move onto the order by themselves once that month is run. |
Hidden working sheets. The workbook also carries
_GeoLog _SalesBridgeLog
_PaymentTypeLog _NonOrderSettlementAll
_ChartData — running accumulations the visible sheets are
built from. They are hidden, not optional: deleting one loses the history it holds, because each
month's run reads them back before writing.
GSTR-1 output
What a filing run leaves behind
GSTR1_<GSTIN>.xlsx
One workbook per registration, laid out on the official template:
B2B, B2CL, B2CS, CDNR, CDNUR, EXP, HSN for B2B and B2C, Doc Issue, ECO and exempt supplies.
GSTR1_<GSTIN>.json
The same return in the nested GST schema, with gstin and return period derived,
ready to upload. Generated separately from the Excel, so you can produce either.
Global_Master_Sheet.xlsx
Every portal merged into one sheet. HSN and UQC are unlocked and highlighted
for editing; everything else is locked and the sheet is protected, so a download-edit-reupload
round trip cannot disturb the figures.
Data Bank
The client-level roll-up
Step 2 of reconciliation folds each portal's year-till-date sheet into a single
DataBank_<client>.xlsx on one
shared schema, so every portal can be compared on the same terms. The in-app summary table reads
from it directly.
